Program Overview
The Bike Loan Program provides free one-day bike loans for both adults and children. Whether you’re cruising through town or exploring local trails, there is a range of bike options suited to varying ages, abilities and experience levels.

Loan Details
Length: One-day only.
Booking: Reserve at least 1 day in advance.
Advanced Booking: Up to 30 days in advance.
How to Reserve
Pickup & Return Hours:
Tuesday: 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Pick-Up & Return
Staff will help you choose a bike, confirm availability, and have you sign a waiver.
Pick-Up
- Arrive at your scheduled time
- Complete any final paperwork
- Receive your bike, helmet, and lock
- E-bike users will receive a brief orientation
Return
- Bring the bike back to Guest Services
- Return all equipment
- Staff will check everything in

Bike Rental Guidelines
General Guidelines
- Bikes must be returned the same day
- All users must sign a waiver before riding
E-Bikes
- Minimum age: 16 years old
- Riders aged 16–17 need a parent/guardian signature
- Riders 18+ can sign their own
- A valid government-issued ID required
- Only the registered rider may use the e-bike
- Staff must be present to provide orientation at pick-up
Important Notes
- Inventory is limited and subject to availability
- Advanced reservations are strongly recommended
- Bikes are inspected after each use to ensure safety
